Wyszło prosto i pysznie.
Slowly autumn is coming to town. It's getting colder, the leaves on trees slowly change color and fall down while grandmothers and mothers are looking everywhere for chestnuts, that will be used later by kids as a building material during playtime. It is also time for a menu change. We slowly forget about summer vegetables and make room for the autumnal ones. So it's time to enjoy eggplant, broccoli, brussels sprouts, beets, cauliflower and pumpkin. This time, I serve cauliflower. Because it's getting colder, I decided to wrap my cauliflower in bechamel. To make it more fillin, I added some pasta at the bottom. It turned out simple and delicious. This is not a sophisticated dish but rather a homely, comforting dinner. Just in time for the first cold days.
